HOSE SELECTION

Our custom hose assembly shop has manufacturing capabilities that range from high pressure crimped ends, internal expanded ends, and KS band clamped ends and also includes custom assemblies made with worm gear clamp attachments. Crimping with brass, steel, and stainless steel ferrules, our assemblies are crimped, inspected and then pressure tested before being tagged with identification tags showing any custom information required by the customer. Using new computer controlled crimping techniques, our crimped industrial hose assemblies are crimped to the exact specifications every time. We also use old style crimpers and manual crimpers for lower pressure hoses (300psi and under).
